If you do not agree to these Terms, do not opt in and do not provide your phone number or email address for SMS or email communications.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, to opt in to receive communications from Octo Partners Inc. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are the authorized owner or primary user of the phone number and email address you provide.

By providing your phone number and/or email address and checking the applicable consent box(es), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email communications from Octo Partners Inc.

You acknowledge that:

SMS text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer) or other automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Octo Partners Inc.

Transactional and promotional SMS consent are collected through separate checkboxes; you may consent to one, both, or neither.

Octo Partners Inc. operates an SMS program for clients, prospects, webinar registrants, and other individuals who have expressly opted in. The program delivers transactional, informational, and (with separate consent) promotional messages.

Consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders

Message frequency varies based on the type of consent you have provided and your engagement with our services.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. Octo Partners Inc. is not responsible for any carrier-related charges you incur.

Supported carriers and carrier liability

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, and Telus) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Octo Partners Inc. and its mobile messaging providers are likewise not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by network errors, carrier restrictions, device issues, or other factors outside our control.

4. Help and Opt-Out Instructions

To opt out of SMS

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying any of the following keywords to a text message you receive from us:

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT

After sending an opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to that number unless you re-enroll.

To re-enroll

You may re-enroll at any time by:

Replying START or UNSTOP to the most recent SMS you received from us, or

Submitting our opt-in form again with the applicable consent box(es) checked.

To opt out of email

Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us. After unsubscribing from marketing, you may still receive transactional or service-related emails necessary to fulfill your requests or maintain your account.

5. Data Use and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information, including phone number and email address, only as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data may be shared only with our subcontracted aggregators and providers of the text-messaging service strictly to deliver messages you have opted in to receive.

6. Your Representations and Responsibilities

By opting in, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

The phone number and email address you provide are your own, or you have authorization to opt that contact information in to receive communications from us;

You will promptly notify Octo Partners Inc. if your phone number or email address changes, or if you no longer have authorization to receive communications at that number or address;

You will not use our SMS or email program for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active opt-in subscribers where required by law. Your continued participation in our SMS or email program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, as applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our SMS or email program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
